4/1に神戸にて行う予定。株主総会の進行ってどうするのかな。会社運営で必要な会社議事録集(http://www.jusnet.co.jp/business/gijiroku/index.shtml)あたりから議事録の雛型をもらって進めればいいのかな。

注意して見るべき点は、
（１）文字が極めて少ないこと、
（２）画像が効果的に使われていること、
（３）ほとんどの情報は文字ではなく、スティーブ・ジョブスの口から伝えられること
である。日本の会社で良く見かける、「文字ばかりのスライドを順番に読み上げるだけ」の退屈なプレゼンと比べて、どのくらい効果的か、どのくらいプレゼンターが魅力的に見えるか、をじっくりと観察して欲しい。スティーブ・ジョブスほどのプレゼンスキルを身につけることは簡単には出来ないが、少なくともプレゼンのスライドを作る時の参考にはなるはずだ。
このプレゼン方法の前提としては、かなりの聴衆をカバーする「大きなスクリーン」と「プロジェクタ」が必要である。また、このプレゼン方法は impressive であるが、中身を見て活用してもらうためには他の情報を参照してもらう必要がある。そのケアを忘れないこと。今回は配布用資料を別途作成するということで、発表の心配事を減らす。
