libapache-mod-dynvhost - Apache Dynamic Virtual Hosting based on directory names

This package enables you to do virtual web hosting based on directories in apache. New virtual hosts are created without restarting apache. The module provides the possibility for separate cgi-bin, icons and home directories for each and every virtualhost. It will change the DocumentRoot to match the directory of the virtualhost and set up a "webmaster@virtualdomain.com" ServerAdmin directive. The module also gives the possibility to restrict CGIs to a minimum UID / GID.

N先生とwさんの3人で，夏廬(かろ)へ行った．私は，「私の彼(Curry)」を食した．

詳しそうな人に出会えた．いろいろお話しを聞けておもしろかった．

• User Mode thread --- 1つのprocessの上で複数のtheradが動く．kernelからは1つのProcessとして見えるので．SMPのメリットが亨受できない．概略の実装としては，threadを切り替えるためのcontext swtichを実装して、setjmp longjmpする．
• kernel thread --- kernel 内部でのthread --- SMPの時に仕事(task)を割りふることができる．/ kernel内部でのthreadって, I/Oとかだよな
• user + kernel thread --- linuxの場合 NTPLで User thread 1にkernel thread 1が対応．SMPのメリットが亨受できる．

googleで最初に出てくるThe Native POSIX Thread Library for Linux(http://people.redhat.com/drepper/nptl-design.pdf)を読んてみたら? ということでした． UlrichとIngo 氏のpaper. とりあえず印刷．

別の所で、/proc/sys 配下で特定の値を取り出す shell script に対するフィードバックをもらったので、載せておきます。

_ 稟議

稟議書を書く事で、人・物・金のうち、短期間に効く話か長期間に効く話かを稟議者に考えさせるようなフォーマットを作りたい。

例えば、コピーの裏紙を再利用するのは、一見良さそうに思える。でも、レーザープリンターにコピー用紙をつかうと故障の原因になる。これは裏紙でちまちまと稼いでも、レーザプリンターのドラムの値段を考えると、収支はマイナスとなる。こんな罠にはまらない。もしくは起案する人に気づかせるのがよい。

プロジェクトマネージメントでもそうだが、起案されるときに修正されるのが一番コストが安い。プロジェクトが進むにつれてやり直しコストはどんどん膨らむ。

_ ident の動作チェック

ident(rfc1413) の動作チェックをしたい場合、Debian 系の Distribution なら、簡単。aptitude install libident あとは、man in.identtestd してみましょう。

設定すれば、調べたいident daemonが上がっているマシンから、in.identtestd を設定したマシンへtelnet 9999 するだけで、man page のような出力を確認できます。
