I was wondering where xorg.conf went, and there's documentation in /usr/share/doc/xorg/howto/configure-input.txt.gz. it's possible to have a configuration under xorg.conf.d, but there's /etc/default/keyboard specifically for keyboard. Hmm... now how do I swap alt and super, XKBOPTIONS="ctrl:nocaps,altwin:swap_alt_win" doesn't seem to be doing what I want.
