In the year 2000, I was studying about XML, and I started to feel the need to write a library which can parse XML documents. Therefore I wrote one.
A processing system that processes most documents is available now. Parts of XML standard that seem unnecessary are omitted from this code, and therefore this does not conform to the standard. If a standard-conformant code is desired, see libxml.
