  d-shlibs is a tool for Debian shared library package management
  Implemented back when libpkg-guide was started; as a reference code
  Parses objdump output of .so file to determine package name and dependency
      .so -> lib* package name -> lib*-dev
      libfoo.so.1 -> libfoo1 -> libfoo1-dev
      debian/control: ${devlibs:Depends}
  Still kept on maintenancing after 3 years, can I advertize it now?
